Delivery
We pride ourselves on providing a fast, efficient service and therefore guarantee that; where possible we will dispatch all orders received before 3:00pm on the same day.
Standard Mainland UK Delivery
All orders are shipped using 24hr courier. Please note that orders dispatched via this method will require a signature on delivery. All orders dispatched via this method will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery window by email to the address you have specified at checkout.
When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?
We pack and dispatch all stock orders received before 3:00pm on weekdays the same day. Orders received after this time will usually be dispatched the following day. You should therefore typically expect your goods to arrive between one and two days after placing an order. If one of the products you have ordered is out of stock, we may deliver part of your order and send the balance when we have received a supplier delivery.
How Will My Order Be Packed?
We take the utmost care with each order to ensure it is carefully packed and protected against damage. Your order will normally be dispatched in a suitable box containing protective padding to protect it from damage during transit.
Upgraded Delivery Options
Need it in a hurry? We are able to upgrade your order for you to a timed delivery service using our delivery courier at a nominal fee. For estimated delivery times and prices, please see the table below. Upgrade options will be available at the point of checkout and will recalculate your order total appropriately at this stage.
International Deliveries
